CHARMING NOISE | WEIGHT IN THE TREES

As the weather slowly begins to shift to brisker temperatures, I can't help but get excited for fall, my favorite season. For me it means cozy sweaters, pumpkin-flavored treats, and gloomy mornings with a great book and a hot coffee. My soundtrack to autumn typically consists of gloriously dark music. While some may say it's depressing, I can't help but enjoy all-things-melancholy during this eerie time of year. This music doesn't depress me— these emotional songs can only be created out of sadness and uncertainty on darker days, and I find myself completely enraptured by them. I guess maybe it's my love for the macabre romance of Victorian novels. Here's a mix that I made to listen to on perfect autumn evenings.

Have a beautiful weekend everyone!
